With so many options to choose from, what makes FlyFox unique? We design timeless pieces that are meant to last. We do not follow trends. We are intentional with each piece we create, putting an emphasis on versatility & sustainability. We believe in quality over quantity.

 

FlyFox was born in a time of metamorphosis. I followed my heart and left on a whim- I said goodbye to my fast-paced lifestyle in the City of Angels and returned to nature. I came to Half Moon Bay, a small coastal town nestled in the hills just south of San Francisco. I spent a lot of time hiking, swimming in the sea, journaling, looking inward, creating art, reflecting, and thinking about how I could combine my love for fashion + creative expression- while keeping beloved Mother Earth in mind. Out of the cocoon, FlyFox was born. I set out to create a brand that you can not only look good in- but also feel good about wearing as well. FlyFox is ethically produced with eco-friendly fabric in small quantities in a studio in downtown Los Angeles.

 

OUR NAME

 

FlyFox comes from the fusion of a butterfly and a fox. As we all know, butterflies are a symbol of transformation, but to me, they signify so much more than that. Did you know that most butterflies only live for 1-2 weeks? This is a gentle reminder that life is like a butterfly- that life can be short, fragile, beautiful, and magical. The butterfly reminds us to be grateful for our time on earth and to sprinkle magic everywhere we go. The fox is playful, clever, and oftentimes mischievous. The fox is often associated with feminine sensuality, which is something I keep in mind while designing. My intention is to create pieces that not only feel amazing on the body, but also flatter a woman’s curves.
